BalticPly color film plywood
Deciduous plywood with a melamine film.
This product is also made by pressing film to the plywood under high pressure and at high temperature. During this process the resin in the film penetrate the base board, giving new user properties to the surface.
Applied film has unique visual properties and gives excellent results wherever even and perfectly smooth surface is required, without the need for additional painting.
We offer products covered with coloured and transparent films. It is particularly suited for furniture industry. It is ideal for decorative items, trailer bodies, playground elements, etc.

The edges of our film-faced plywood is sealed with water-proof acrylic latex paint.
BalticPly color film plywood is available as:
- interior: Joint based on urea-formaldehyde resin, to be used in dry conditions (according to PN-EN 636, technical class EN 636-1).
- water-resistant: Joint based on phenolic-formaldehyde or melamine-urea-phenolic-formaldehyde resin, to be used in exterior conditions (according to PN-EN 636, technical classes EN 636-2 and EN 636-3).
