BalticPly trans plywood

Deciduous plywood covered with a phenolic film with a special impression.
Similar to BalticPly plywood, this product is also made by pressing film to the plywood under high pressure and at high temperature. During this process the resin in the film penetrate the base board, giving new user properties to the surface.

Our BalticPly Trans is a unique product, with a specific impressed structure and very high surface abrasion rate (Taber test = around 10 000 rotations). These properties make it work perfectly in automotive industry. It is especially recommended in conditions where user surface is exposed to high loads, such as floors of truck trailers and a lot more.

The edges of our film-faced plywood is sealed with water-proof acrylic latex paint.

• water-resistant: Joint based on phenolic-formaldehyde or melamine-urea-phenolic-formaldehyde resin, to be used in exterior conditions (according to PN-EN 636, technical classes EN 636-2 and EN 636-3).
